• Information entered by the dog trainer, including:
  • Training packages and enrollments.
  • Clients' and dogs' details.
  • Training class schedules and covered topics.
  • Optional details such as vaccination status, neuter/spay status, and behavioral history.

3. Sensitive Data

We do not require sensitive data, but trainers may enter personal information about their clients and dogs at their discretion.

4. Cookies and Tracking

DogRecords does not currently use cookies or tracking tools. We only store authentication tokens necessary for application functionality.

5. How We Use Data

We do not process or analyze user data. Trainers manage and decide how to use the data they enter for their clients.

We use third-party authentication services to manage user access. Otherwise, we do not share data with third parties.

7. Data Storage and Security

• User data is stored in a secure cloud database.
• Uploaded images are stored in a secure cloud storage service.
• Security measures include industry-standard authentication and access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

User data is retained indefinitely unless the user deletes their account.

• Data Deletion: Users can permanently delete their account and associated data.
• Data Modification: Users can modify their stored data at any time.
• Data Export: Export functionality is not yet available but is planned for future updates.
