1. Description of Service

DogRecords allows users to:

• Manage client and dog information.
• Offer and manage training packages.
• Schedule training classes and document progress.
• Provide clients with access to their training progress if granted by the trainer.

DogRecords is available for individuals and businesses, including professional dog trainers, aspiring trainers, and individuals training their own dogs.

2. Account Requirements

Users must create an account using an email or a Google account and are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

DogRecords is not liable for unauthorized access due to failure to secure login information.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited activities include:

• Engaging in spammy behavior, including excessive email communications.
• Any illegal or abusive use of DogRecords.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Training Philosophy

DogRecords is committed to ethical, science-based dog training. We support positive reinforcement methods and do not endorse training techniques that rely on fear, pain, or intimidation. Trainers using our platform are expected to follow humane, reward-based training practices that prioritize the welfare of dogs and the safety of their owners.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

DogRecords offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 10 clients with full functionality.
• Pro Plan ($20/month): Unlimited clients.
• Business Plan ($30/month): Includes all Pro features plus a custom business page.

Users can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, they retain access to existing client data in a read-only state but cannot add new clients.

Users can fully delete their account.

6. Beta Testing Disclaimer

During the beta testing period, DogRecords is offered free of charge with no subscription fees. The subscription plans listed above are not currently active and will only apply after the beta period ends. Beta testers will be notified before any billing begins and will have the choice whether to continue with a paid plan.

7. Data Ownership & Privacy

Users own their data. We do not sell or share client data. Privacy Policy

8. Data Collection

We collect:

• Dog trainer's email and business name.
• Location (if granted) to limit address searches.
• Data entered by trainers, such as training packages, client details, and class schedules.

We do not require sensitive data, but trainers may enter personal information about clients and dogs at their discretion.

9. Service Availability & Limitations

DogRecords is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or performance.

10. User Feedback

By submitting feedback, users grant DogRecords a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it.

11. Arbitration Clause

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Puerto Rico and U.S. law.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failures due to causes beyond our control.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and notify users via email.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States.
